Refund Policy

At the Coalition for Peace and Coexistence (CPC), we are committed to transparency and integrity in all contributions received. While donations are generally non-refundable, we understand that errors can occur. This policy outlines when and how a refund may be issued.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Donation: If you made an accidental repeat contribution.

  • Incorrect Amount: If you donated more than you intended due to a clear input error.

  • Unauthorised Transaction: If your payment was made fraudulently or without your knowledge.

  • Technical Error: If a technical fault caused a payment to be processed in error.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your original donation by emailing: cpc.office.org@gmail.com 

Include:
 

  • Full name

  • Donation amount

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

  • We aim to respond within 5 business days

 

.3. Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

 

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Donations older than 7 days

  • General changes of mind

  • Contributions made anonymously without verifiable transaction information

  • Donations made during fundraising campaigns that explicitly state “non-refundable”
