Become a Partner Organization

Join the Coalition for Peace (CfP)

1.

Step 1. Fill out the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

  • The MOU is a non-binding expression of mutual interests and commitment to the CPC's values of nonviolence, coexistence, and peacebuilding.

  • It will be managed by the CPC's Diplomatic Department, and details will be kept private.

  • If the MOU form cannot be completed digitally or physically complete the form here.

Step 2. Email the completed MOU to the CPC.

  • Email the completed form to office@cpcpeacebuilding.org or via the link below

  • The CPC should respond within 3 business days.

  • If you have not received a response by then, please feel free to send a follow-up via the above email address.

Step 3. Appoint a Delegate

  • Each Partner Organization is required to choose an individual who will serve as their organization's official representative to the Coalition for Peace (CfP).

  • This delegate will be required to attend meetings and represent the interests of their organization.

  • The delegate can be the leader of an organization, however, it is preferred it is another individual unless it is not feasible. 

  • To appoint the delegate direct them to complete their application via the 'Become a Delegate' page attached.

4.

Step 4.  Be listed on the CPC Website

After receiving the confirmation email, a CPC member will send you the link to the secure WhatsApp group chat where other organization leaders are gathered. After this, you will be prompted to provide the following details to have your organization listed on the CPC Coalition page:

1. Official Organization Name

2. Organization Logo
3. A 3-4 sentence overview of your organization's mission, vision, and any notable achievements/projects. 
4. A direct link to your organization's website (if applicable)
5. The email address wherein others can contact your organization (this will be made publicly available, so ensure it is a business email.
